For cash on delivery orders 20% of the final amount is to be paid in advance for the orders below Rs.10,000 and 15% of the final amount is to be paid for the orders above Rs.10,000
However for the orders above Rs.10,000 if you refuse to accept the delivery of the order or the order is returned because of wrong address, unanswered calls or no response from the customer, there will be 50% penalty from the advance amount before the refund is processed. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 days post return of the shipment.
For the orders below Rs.10,000 , there will be no refund if they are returned to us
If you choose to cancel the order after making advance payment, there will be 50% penalty from the paid advance amount before the refund is processed.

Return/Refund/Repair/Cancellation :-
Any Prepaid Game post delivery will not be applicable for return/refund under any circumstances.
Once delivering your order there are absolutely no return/refunds. The delivered product (Covered under Manufacturer Warranty) is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition,
if your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, email us at wildgamerpvtltd@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with required proof.
In the case that your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, please record an unboxing/unpacking video of your order including the packaging label to establish the proof. A full refund will be issued for the full purchase amount only after post validating necessary information from manufacturer. A reverse pickup will be arranged by us for smooth return process (If applicable).
For Imported Product We Don’t Provide Any Replacement Policy Only Repair Possible In Following Condition

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Preorder Product/Codes :-
Refund will not be issued For Preorder Product to customer’s dissatisfaction with the product once code has been delivered to him.

Refund will not be issued due to customer’s dissatisfaction with the product once code has been delivered to him.
Refund will not be issued if the customer has bought the wrong game once the code has been delivered to him.
Refund will not be issued once the code has been delivered to the customer.
Refunds will not be issued if customer’s computer does not meet the minimum product requirements.
Orders of PC Digital Products and PSN Digital Products Like Fortnite,Xbox Etc. Codes cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
In the unlikely event that your digital key is not working, we will contact the key provider on your behalf. The key provider will carry out an investigation and only if they conclude that the key was actually not working, we will issue a replacement key and the old key will get blacklisted. This process will take a minimum of 21 working days. The decision of the key provider will be final in any such cases.
Refund On By Cancellation – Any refund requested by customer will attract penalty under the refund rules/policy.

Company provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged condition, after investigation.
Refund will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to same account which you used during the transaction. For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time as per bank’s standard time frame which is approximately 8-10 business days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided. For non-delivered items, refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
